Job Description

We are hiring Zonal Marketing Manager for our leading client into Agriculture business at Bangalore.Location: Bangalore / Vijawada / VizagZMMs are an essential part of the Marketing & Technical Advisory team. They are responsible for the regional marketing strategies based on the season & regional requirement trends and are expected to manage + maintain and increase the consumer base via effective implementations. The job responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to :1. Marketing Campaigns-a. Based on seasons - needs to customize, implement & monitor marketing strategiesb. Implementation of marketing plans as prepared by strategic marketing teams2. Improving Wallet & Market share -a. To enable AMMs to utilise all the systematic demand generation tools in a structured wayb. Accountable for increased walk-ins, conversion rates, HNI Wallet share via customised products & services3. New Product Launches & Scale Up4. To enable AMMs & field team to achieve store wise / category wise budgetary targets5. Monitoring market trends.6. To Create/ maintain and increase brand awareness and Loyalty to our MGC Brand among farmers.7. Responsible for maintaining uniform and unique visual merchandising across the outlets of the zone.8. Liasion with local agriculture institutes & scientists.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification : BSc Agri + MSc Agriculture or MBA (Agri graduation is a must)Experience : Relevant regional/zonal marketing expereince of 7 to 10 years with a team handling expertise in the range of minimum 3 yrs.Well versed with Powerpoint, Word, Excel.Interested candidate please share CV to hr2@hiringheads.com
