Experience required : 3 to 5 yearsJD for the DIC
• Maintaining the daily stock report & checking the Book stock vs physical stock on daily basis,
• Updating the KPI report on daily basis & sharing the updated details to RM on daily basis,
• Updating the monthly stock report & stock ageing report,
• Maintaining the depot stocks(Stacking) and depot hygiene & Statutory Compliance,
• Maintaining the depot inventory & Create and sending purchase order to factory,
• Daily billing & Payment checking and clearance & loading & Unloading process,
• Goods received process (GRN entry),
• Monthly forecasting plan & entry,
• Checking the contract pending register & Billing (invoice) register,
• Liquidation of expired, old and slow movement stocks,
• Stock movements S.Loc- 2001 to 2004(Damaged) & 2005(Shortage),
• Loose oil recovery & disposal process,
• Discount updation & Contract creation,
• Petty cash management & Voucher entry (Expenses)
