Job Description

    Job Responsibility :- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire South regions- Provide strategic direction to the BMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.- Managing Dealers and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competitions efforts- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.Key Skills :MBA FROM PREMIUM B-SCHOOLSCURRENTLY HANDLING - MINIMUM 2 SOUTHERN STATESABLE TO SPEAK TAMIL / MALAYALAM LANGUAGESWILLING TO HANDLE A LARGE TEAMREPORTING TO - SALES HEADIMMEDIATE CLOSURE,
