Job Description

Director - Staffing- As a director working at the highest senior levels within the clients organizations you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping, managing, and delivering real business value assisting the clients in successfully managing their business and defining their strategies.- Manage all components of medium to large-sized proposals and engagements including technical and commercial methodologies, staffing and budgets- Manage the drafting of large-sized engagement proposals and engagement deliverables responsible for its readiness for client release.- Conduct interviews with senior client management and key senior stakeholders to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks, and controls (including preparation of interview notes).- Manage the comprehensive cost benefits analysis and preparation of business cases for technology investments.- Manage the coordination and communicating of key findings and results of engagements via written reports and oral presentations to senior client management and key senior stakeholders.- Develop and implement business plans assuring the delivery of cost-effective high-quality services for client organization. Ensure revenue management and reconciliation systems that contribute to profitability and ensure compliance with governmental regulations.- Provide support for effective corporate-wide operations by participating as a member of the Executive Staff.- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided in an efficient manner by conforming to and complying with the goals and objectives of the company.- Establish division objectives that support corporate goals and produce regular status reports.- Prepare an operating budget that reflects the forecasted needs of the department and control expenditures to assure adherence to approved budgets. Manage expenses not to exceed the budget- Ensure effective workflows, maximize system efficiencies, monitor quality performance measures, and confirm appropriate completion of work assignments. Make recommendations for change as appropriate.- Manage and mentor all junior the company consultants assigned as members of your engagement team, or any sub-contracted personnel assigned to the engagement.- Approve personnel actions such as hiring, disciplinary, termination and/or salary recommendations.- Participate in training, coaching and motivation of employees including career path development. Assess individual employee performance and conduct timely performance appraisals.- Promote teamwork, discussion, and cooperation among staff and other departments. Ensure timely communication and sharing of information with team members.- Work with staff to resolve work-related issues and concerns. Promote a respectful and diverse workplace.- Develop, build, and maintain senior level client relationships.- Present a senior level professional image in conduct, attitude, and conduct.Qualification And Experience :i. 15+ years in Staffing or BPO industry & at least last 5+ years at a Senior Management leadership experience.ii. Experience in driving initiatives iii. Good negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysisiv. Flexible to accommodate time-zones v. Must demonstrate natural leadership abilities, being able to influence and encourage a multi-functional team and influence senior leadership. Must be a likable and relatable people person who is able to make meaningful and lasting connections with others. Encourage trust and confidence in others who will then readily follow given / captured insights and directives.vi. Must have certain interpersonal skills and driving teams across regions to ensure smooth delivery. Must be business and result oriented, be highly organized, be highly analytical and procedural, be a creative and strategic problem solver, and he will have an ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.vii. Must have limitless thirst for knowledge, work comfortably in a multi-functional setting, work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm in the face of uncertainty and stress.viii.
