Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:.

  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of ALL Zendesk enhancements, changes, and releases (roadmap) and how they will impact the current and future BOS operations.
  • Maintain control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges within Zendesk. Monitor performance of rules, triggers, and workflows within the Zendesk.
  • Work with subject-matter experts within the BOS team to create efficient business process design and framework support within Zendesk and identify opportunities to refine and continuously improve.
  • Take ownership of issues and requests that come in through the BOS Support by triaging, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop App for Zendesk as per the business requirements.
  • Deliver same version standard calendars within 24 48 hours of the request received.
  • Create and maintain Zendesk dashboards and reports as per the business needs.
  • Ensure to redact customer-specific documents shared via Zendesk and proactively work with managers to drive the compliance of sharing documents via secure file share.
  • Always ensure the customer point of contact and customer environment access logs are up-to-date and ensure the intranet is updated with the required information.
  • Maintain excellent communication across all stakeholders, be responsive to them, and provide appropriate training to the team members.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any Zendesk performance issues and demonstrate an ability to drive successful resolutions.
Skillsets and requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working on Zendesk applications.
  • Experience in Integration, implementation. modifications in Zendesk.
  • Exposure in HTML/ CSS3/ Java script
