We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in troubleshooting edge and field devices in ICS, excellent Linux command skills, and expertise in Firewall settings.Tasks and Responsibilities.Troubleshoot edge devices and field devices in industrial control systems.Provide Level 4 support for troubleshooting issues in the cloud application.Assign IP addresses, Configure and maintain Firewall settings.Troubleshoot and fix connectivity issues.Monitor and maintain system health.Document and report software issues to the development team.Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.Troubleshoot and maintain EDGE communication with cloud applications.Monitor and support the cloud infrastructure and microgrid systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the team and customers.Write scripts in Python, VBScript, and other languages for automating processes.Maintain a good command of IT networks and network troubleshooting.Understand the domain of Electrical, RTU, SCADA (not mandatory).Competency in cloud technologies such as Azure, Docker, etc..Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trendsGeneral Requirements.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in a technical support role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with edge devices and field devices in ICS.Knowledge of Electrical, RTU, and SCADA domains (preferred).Experience in writing scripts in Python, vbscript, etc..Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..Experience with Linux commands and troubleshooting edge devices.Experience with automating processes and writing scripts in Python, VBScript, etc..Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, Docker, etc..Experience with configuring and troubleshooting firewalls.Good command of IT networks and network troubleshooting
