Job Description

Mission Statement:Hitachi Energy is implementing a global ERP solution for their Applications and Platform division involving S/4 HANA and integrations. The company is looking for a Test Manager with proven experience in defining, building, and implementing Testing Solution through manual and Automation Framework.Your Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Technical Development/BI and Functional Capability organisations to deliver software solutions on time, to acceptable agreed quality standards and with sufficient test evidence to prove compliance to regulatory requirements through the deployment of effective software testing.
  • To play a key role in contributing to the success of Testing across the Global Application and Development Tech organisation by providing governance and support to those directly accountable for the delivery of Testing. To deliver effectively, on time, cost and quality for Testing (including Unit, Systems/Functional, Integration, Performance Regression and Security/Roles Testing) utilising partners.
  • To provide Test Management across the organisation, be the owners of Testing Methods and processes, as well as measure through effective metrics progress against timelines and quality standards. To effectively lead the Testing team and associated SI staff in the delivery of Testing duties across Global Applications and Development Tech

Your Background :
  • Bachelors / Masters in Information Technology.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience.
  • Professional certification in Testing.
  • Certification in SAP.
  • Professional certification in implementing Automation Tools.
  • Prior hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (any module) either in testing or design, development, configuration, or support is preferred.
  • Strong background in Automation Testing tools and solution for a large scale SAP implementation project.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead a globally distributed team.
  • Experience with defining and implementing manual and automated testing.
  • Experience of leading testing on multiple large SAP implementations (ERP) in Cloud based solutions.
  • Implementing Test Automation tools and procedures in large IT departments.
  • Deploying load testing tools and principles.
  • Experience in working in a dynamic environment - Agile & DevOps.
