Duties: The RoleAdobe Cloud Technology organization led by our CTO and EVP, provides the fundamental capabilities that power Adobes Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud products & business!In this role you will be responsible to drive content production (specifically with headless CMS systems and using JSON), multi-channel campaign curation (for example, a personalized buy & try checkout or conversion or retention journey) and A/B testing implementation to improve customer experience for acquisition and retention experiences such as Checkout, Subscription Management across consumer and business customer journeys. This is a critical area of growth for Adobe where you will partner closely with Product Managers, Experience development manager, Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify & prioritize key areas of experimentation and growth.We are looking for a specialist with growth & experimentation attitude and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills What youll do Work with clients and partners to understand and document content, orchestration, and testing requirements Collaborate with Growth Product Managers to prioritize the testing requirements Author components and experiences in a headless CMS across multiple Adobe surfaces and journeys Build campaigns to deliver personalized content experiences to millions of customers globally Rigorously test new content, campaigns and analytics tracking for quality and accuracy Monitor deployed content and campaigns Work with cross-functional groups to implement and optimize A/B tests and other experiments Work with Analysts to help develop performance analytics for the tests Skills: Skills Proven experience (3 years or more) contributing to on multiple concurrent projects Meticulous self-starter who takes initiative, can work independently, and can work with tight deadlines Hands-on experience working with campaign orchestration or optimization tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely Strong problem solving and analytical skill Knowledge of Adobe products and services is a plus Knowledge of JavaScript/JSON automation and manipulation is a plus Knowledge of REST API usage, HTML knowledge of headless CMS systems a plus Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills Ability to work with geographically distributed team Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Hadoop a plusEducation: 3-7 YOESchedule Notes:Required Skills: JAVA,Additional Skills:Hours Per Day: 8.00Hours Per Week: 40.00Languages: English( Speak , Read , Write )Department: BA ABP Consumer Marketing : 7890145_NDIN NDINJob Category: Engineering
