Job Description

Role Responsibilities This role is to define, establish Technology Lifecycle mgmt. process for the Bank including Product lifecycle, IT Asset (HAM/SAM) mgmt., Configuration management, License mgmt. & Obsolescence mgmt. sub-processes. This requires wider knowledge and expertise on the IT Service mgmt. processes and tools like Servicenow. ResponsibilitiesAssist Chief Product Owner to.Establish and own roadmap, define releases, manage priorities for build and release as part of the Demand lifecycle for Technology Product lifecycle, IT Asset (Hardware / Software) management, License and Obsolescence management. .Engage with key stakeholders to create successful outcomes as a product owner for the Servicenow product / asset management. .Analyse business requirements through process analysis, solution design , architecture and workflow analysis. The role has to manage and prioritize technical requirements from Business. .Liaise between the Business and the delivery functions to ensure that these technical requirements are solutionized and implemented..Manage the funding within prescribed limits and also plan for future budgetary requirements thru strategic roadmap of the product.Manage the product functionality through upgrades and ensure product lineage is maintained.Ensure control requirements from regulatory / security / data privacy perspective is upheld with highest standardsStrategy

  • Act as a SME for ServiceNow ITOM (Product lifecycle /HAM / SAM / APM) product suite and Foundation data management and its integrations
  • Liaise between business and technical chapters/CoE to ensure a mutual understanding of process and application.
  • Work in close coordination with the Product lifecycle mgmt., IT Asset mgmt., License and Obsolescence mgmt. and Architecture teams to manage their requirements and deliver successful outcomes
  • Oversee the key data elements that are needed to onboard a service onto the data model, socialized across T&I and managed.
  • The role will manage the onboarding journey for the Service owners to Product and Asset lifecycle ensuring the adoption of the tool by various stakeholders

  • Experience working in and delivering product or services in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
  • Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with solution architects and design engineers
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, resolve complex issues
  • Familiar with agile working models, able to create user stories, prioritize backlogs, plan releases
