Customer Service cum Front Office Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage customer appointments, both in-person and over the phone. Receive and make phone calls regarding appointments and follow-up on clinic-related visits. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Guide and assist customers as they walk-in, explaining the next steps and processes involved in their pets care. Learn and understand the nuances of veterinary clinics to effectively communicate and educate customers about our services. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming environment for pet owners. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Knowledge of other languages such as Hindi ,Telugu or any Indian languages will be desirable Strong customer service orientation with the ability to uphold customer satisfaction levels. Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to the operations of a veterinary clinic. Availability to work 8 hours a day. Willingness to attend in-person interviews at the clinic.
