Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Own and manage transformation journey Conduct, Mentor and guide employees in the technical training Create contents, assignments, capstone project as per the latest methodology of gamification Contribute question or case studies to the question bank Introduce and encourage new/innovative ideas for delivery Learning the latest technology and implement the same People Management Be connected with freshers, be empathetic to their aspiration and help them in learning Internal connect and drive Connect to larger Wipro Geo delivery to analyze the training to ensure freshers are ready for projects delivery Skills & Experience: Graduation - Tech, MCA OR BCA with 7+ years of experience Experience in Training delivery, content creation 5+ years of relevant training experience (overall level ~10 yrs) shaping and execution experience. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills & people management Passion for mentoring and self driven .
