Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities -1. As a GM Sales / Head Sales you will be responsible for handling PAN India Sales Cardio & Diabetic Management for Reputed Pharma Company.2. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and developing sales team on PAN India and will lead a sales team of 400 plus and Business upto 300 Crs.3. Candidate is responsible for Cardio & Diabetic Management business on PAN India basis and Launching new product and implementing strategies.4. Candidate will be responsible for handling Effective Distribution Management and giving strategic directions to sales team and management.Desired Candidate Profile -1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma with MBA in Marketing having 15-25 years of experience in Pharma Sales of which last 3-4 years working as AGM Sales / DGM Sales handling PAN India Cardio & Diabetic Sales. 2. Candidate should have good experience in Cardio & Diabeto Division on PAN India sales around 300 CR and also Launching new products.3. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and developing the sales team on PAN India and Effective Man-management of 400 plus field staff and Management.4. Candidate should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on Pan India Basis to achieve PAN India sales budget and Effective Distribution Management.,
