Job Description

    DXC Technology India is seeking great talent to join the Resource Management group.Responsibilities
    • HCM/ATS (PPM) maintenance: Supporting people manager in ongoing resource management efforts: employee allocation, overutilization, usability audits.
    • Internal Search Ability: Audit new demand and Execute internal search on actionable demand and propose suitable matches for redeployment.
    • Bench Planning & Management Expertise: Identify, Maintain & Manage Existing and Virtual Bench and propose deployment plan for all resources
    • Project release governance: Review schedule data proactively to maintain high degree of PPM timelines, accuracy, and completeness; collaborate with SL to address any data gaps and complete employee project release and submit CTO actions.
    • Employee Skill/profile Compliance Audit: In Collaboration with SL, Review schedule confirmation, variance, resume, and skills data proactively to identify any compliance issues; initiate applicable compliance processes.
    • Bench Rotation: Provide SL Leaders with information on availability or utilization for individual professionals or the relevant employee pool, as needed to supplement to standard reporting.
    • Maintain Skill Competency: Maintain detailed knowledge of skillsets and competencies aligned to designated business area.
    • Demand Intel: Maintain knowledge of business and cross-business areas where similar market offerings and skillsets may be aligned, including current supply and demand status
    • Employee Coaching: Assist professionals in the search for suitable project assignments that align with their skills, goals, and/or staffing preferences both within and across businesses
    • Employee Guidance: Direct practitioners to available information sources on resource management metrics, tools, and compliance responsibilities

    • Hands-on experience on Resource Management
    • Experience in Bench Planning
    • Experience in Capability planning and management
    • Experience in Capacity planning
    • Experience with Bench management
    • Experience in talent rotation
    • Experience in upskill planning
    • Knowledge of PowerBi
    • Certified or Good experience in Excel
    • Good understanding on IT skills
    • Good understanding on US work visas
    • Good understanding on US geography and should have work in either of the domain (Applications/ITO/Insurance)
