Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Analyse and evaluate customer requirements, elicitate and specify system level requirements, support for sub-system level specification, Validating the requirementsAbility to lead, follow through and drive the deliveries until completion. Should have experience Leading a small teamShould ensure that the Requirements Management and guidelines are properly taken care by the teamSupport Model based requirement engineeringSupport/Lead the requirement reviews along with the LeaderShould be able to drive mutiple tasks at a time, should be able to plan and prioritize the workShould ensure the traceability is established between different level of requirements and test casesShould ensure timely delivery as per deliverable expectations from Mahindra Electric Development processShould be able to support for IATF auditsSupport Verification and validation team for related issues. Experience Total 7-9 years engineering experience in automotive and 5 Years Experience in Requirements Engineering Industry Preferred Automotive Industry Qualifications BE/Btech or ME/MTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering General Requirements
    • Ability to work under pressure and very tight timescales.
    • Excellent knowledge of system engineering process
    • Should be able to manage all the internal/ external stake holders independently
    • An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures.
    • Process oriented and should work towards continuous improvements
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
    • Strong teamwork, Open Minded, oral communication, and written communication skills and ability to coordinate multi-disciplined team
