Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesMS Dynamics 365 Commerce Mid Level Functional ConsultantDescriptionDXC Technology India is seeking great talent to join the Modern Application development group.The Consultant will join DXC operations team working for client Sonova (worldwide retail company). It is a business and digital transformation project for the company who is replacing his existing legacy CRM systems by new Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution in many countries.The Consultant will join the operations team and work in a scrum team to deliver new functionalities / changes / bug fixes on the solution. As part of the operations team, the team will plan and organize the work of the team, from requirement analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing and release. The Consultant will participate in this process and work with the other team members to understand the new design and configuration of the Dynamics 365 Commerce application. Additionally the consultant will work on resolving incidents and test new functionality.The Consultant needs to have good functional skills working in Azure DevOps, configure Dynamics 365 Commerce Headquarters; configure products, prices, discounts, loyalty, and affiliations; manage Point of Sales (POS) in Dynamics 365 Commerce; configure and manage Dynamics 365 Commerce call centers; and manage e-commerce.Responsibilities
    • Work in cross functional teams to drive effective creation of Minimum Viable Products that bring business value faster
  • Design, Configure, test, maintain and improve software
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Support to maintain and improve the application functionality
  • Drive best practices within teams with respect to standards and guidelines
  • Configures, designs, tests, deploy application functionality to meet requirement specification / In-Scope User Stories
    • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
    • Build products aligned to help our clients succeed in the industry
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
    • Constantlyreview the codeto ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity, advocating clarity and to do this with the team
    • Contribute to each step of the product process from ideation to implementation, testing and supporting solutions
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
    • Desired Skills and QualificationsShould have 4+ years of ExperienceHands on experience in MS Dynamics Dynamics 365 Commerce and FOExperience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CommerceShould have implemented (end to end) at least 3 D365 FO projects with Dynamics 365 CommerceShould have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects)Experience in fit gap analysisExperience in leveraging Microsoft SureStep methodology for full-lifecycle implementationsGood client facing skillsProvide guidance to the team and resolve functional issues and questionsLeading and mentoring team membersCertifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (MB-300/MB-340)
