    Troubleshoot, Configure & Maintain Customer IT Networks encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall & NAC Devices, Technologies like SD-WAN, SASE platforms to name a few.Customer Engagement over Emails & Phone for Troubleshooting the reported Network issues & suggesting recommendations based on analysis.Vendor Engagement over Emails, Vendor Portal & Phone as & when required for as part of the reported Network issue.Escalation Engagement for complex troubleshooting whenever required.Creating KB articles for well-known issues.Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to Business.
