Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Role Project Manager- SAP EHS Experience 8 to 10 years overall Job Description We are looking for a project manager with domain experience in Implementation of ARIBA. You should also possess the ability to manage the project end to end and derive the engagement in coordination with all stakeholders. Qualification / Skills / Certifications Candidate should have more than 3 SAP EHSM implementation experience can also include support upgrade experience. Candidate with SAP S4 HANA EHSM implementation experience would be highly preferred Strong knowledge in Classic SAP EHS and EHSM preferably latest version. Knowledge of SAP EHS components as o Industrial Hygiene Safety o Occupational Health o Dangerous Goods o Product Safety Hazardous Substance Management HSM o Product Stewardship o Waste management o Audit Management o Environment Compliance o Should have strong knowledge of EHSM integrations with other logistics modules such as SDHRMM o PM and Cross functional areas such as DMS, Classification. o Preferred knowledge on EHSM Sustainability, Operational Risk Management, MOC PMP Certified (PMI certification) / CSM Certified (Preferred) Having experience in Manufacturing Industry SaaS implementation (Steel & Mining preferred) Knowledge of other competitive EHS Tools (Preferred) Excellent documentation skills. Roles and Responsibilities Managing the scope and statement of work Managing the client relationship for the project Facilitating the requirements and design sessions Project Planning and Management Develop project plan using Project Planning & Tracking tool viz. MS Project Periodic status reporting of the project status (Using MS Power point & Project reporting Tools) Responsible for User Acceptance and Sign off Develop domain expertise/understanding of industry best practices Adherence to internal processes and customer specific project methodologies Compliance with Knowledge Management processes Follow on-site/off-site methodologies and contribute to continuous enhancement of processes Manage team members reporting on the project Build relationship with various stakeholder interface points Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Academic Background MBA, BTech , MCA, MSc IT, M.Tech.
