    Sr. Manager HR - Payroll & Compensation BenefitsRoles and ResponsibilitiesDesignation: Senior Manager HR Responsibility: Payroll Compensation Benefits and General operationsQualification: MBA/MSW/MHRM Academic eligibility: 60% Throughout (10th, 12th, UG & PG) and NO history of Backlogs Job DescriptionProcess paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.Payroll processing which includes Salary Release, Pay slip generationProcessing of LTA, Medical Reimbursement, Salary Advance, Leave Encashment, Staff Loan, Bonus and Ex- gratia PaymentProcessing of Interview reimbursements, Relocation Expenses, Quarterly Incentive, Referral Scheme PaymentProcessing of Tuition Fees Reimbursements, Birthday and Wedding Day Gifts, Imprest Advance PaymentKeeping track of attendance, Leave Management & overtime of employeesStatutory Remittance P.F / E.S.I / P.T / Gratuity / SuperannuationProcessing of PF withdrawal claims, Transfers and AdvancesIssue e-pechan card for ESI covered employeesCo-ordination with recruitment teamFacilitating monthly MIS details based on addition, attrition, overall cost and manpower for Business Review meetingsInvolved in Performance Appraisal process including uploading the sameMaintaining & updating personal records, leave records, transfer, promotion, termination & reimbursements of all employeesPlan & keep track of probation, confirmation dates of employees & ensure timely implementation of the probation, confirmation, assessment process for all new employeesCompensation & Benefits Management:Maintaining & updating personal records, leave records, transfer, promotion, termination & reimbursements of all employeesPlan & keep track of probation, confirmation dates of employees & ensure timely implementation of the probation, confirmation, assessment process for all new employeesGenerating reports of MIS & HRIS, attendance report, new joined & left employee reportMIS Reporting for facilitating decision-making by the managementMaintain the exit database, schedule exit interviews, complete the exit formalities, issue reliving and experience letterAnalyze exit interview data and submit the report to the top management for further corrective and preventive actionFacilitating monthly details based on addition, attrition, overall cost and manpower for Business Review meetingsPayroll & Benefits Administration:Payroll processing in Cosmo soft which includes Salary Release, Pay slip generationProcessing of LTA, Medical Reimbursement, Salary Advance, Leave Encashment, Bonus and Ex-gratia PaymentProcessing of Interview reimbursements, Relocation Expenses, Quarterly Incentive, Referral Scheme PaymentProcessing of all annual benefit paymentsProcessing of Tuition Fees Reimbursements, Birthday and Wedding Day Gifts, Imprest Advance PaymentProcessing of Full and Final SettlementsPreparation of all salary reports and leave details for salary register updationKeeping track of attendance, Leave Management & overtime of employeesGeneral HR Activities:Preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary increment lettersPreparation of Resignation acceptance, Salary Certificates, Address Proof LettersID Card PreparationIR IssuesStatutory Maintenance and Remittance P.F / E.S.I / P.T / Gratuity / SuperannuationCo-ordination with recruitment team,
