    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring forTechnical ManagerRoles & Responsibilties :-Location- Bangalore, Chennai,HyderabadJob DescriptionTechnical ManagerFunctional and Technical expertise in Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service (RICS).A good background and understanding on retail domain functionality and pricing systems.Ability to interact effectively with Clients and various levels within the organization.Conduct Business Meeting with CRM Growing the business of the Account in line with the organizations business goals and objectives. Oversees projects and services for the Account to ensure performance to cost, quality and schedule commitments are made, as agreed with the customer.Strong knowledge in Agile - Backlog, story refinement, story & task estimation, sprint demo, retrospective, pair programming, peer-reviewNeeds to be expert in estimation and planning, also should know how to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects.Ensures all plan components are reviewed and approved. Conduct Regular delivery review meeting with client (at least monthly once)Motivate individuals to meet established schedules, resolve operational issues, to accomplish project goals and objectives. Participate in monthly PMR / MMR / AMR Work on the action items reported by DE SPOC during AMR Responsible for improving gross margin, Escalates project delivery issues, as necessary to the relevant stakeholders.Ensures process improvement initiatives (like CMMI, ISO) are implemented and effective, following as per the Mphasis standards.Able to interpret business requirements and programming specifications to solve business needs.Change ManagerRegards,Team HR
