Job Description

Location Mayur Vihar - Timings : 11:30 am to 8:00 pm 6 days a week (All Saturdays and Sundays working) Any 1 weekly off (Not on Saturday & Sunday)Co-ordinationReporting to : Academic Head.Class schedule and test schedule

  • Revision schedule
  • PTM schedule
  • Center Plan
  • Getting the test papers checked from faculties, entering the marks in the ERP
  • Handing over the checked papers to Students
  • Attendance of Students
  • List of absent students to give to Admissions Counselor for calling
  • Purchasing stationery
  • interaction with parents regarding marks
  • Coordination of Junior center (which is at a different location)
  • Interaction with parents of ex students
  • Queries of parents to be conveyed to faculties
  • Payouts of Ext & Internal referrals
  • Deletion in batches
  • Class Time Table - Co-ordinate with Faculties
  • Make Time Table in co-ordination with the Academic Head
  • Inventory Management (Books, Modules to be given to students)
