The Assistant L&D Manager/ L&D Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development activities within the organization. This includes designing and delivering training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Assistant L&D Manager/ L&D Manager will also assist in creating a positive learning environment and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills and ability. to lead a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in training and development, including designing and delivering training programs Customer service mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiencesRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate training solutions Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
