We are hiring for Semi CA / CA Inter !Experience: 2 - 3 yearsLocation: Okhla, New DelhiSalary: Up to 60 K and NegotiableWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant - CA Inter. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various financial activities. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Responsibilities: Responsible for accounts and analyzing all accounting information and managing financial aspects. Maintained budget control reports and status reports up-to-date. Preparation of Financial Statements. GST Return filing and reconciliations at month-end. Company Audit, Income Tax Audit, Other Statutory Audit Individual Taxation, Direct & Indirect Tax Return filing & General Accounting. Payable/Receivable/Bookkeeping/TDS/Taxation. Serve as a change agent by. driving the adoption of successful process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution. Clearly communicate opportunities where changes can be made and what is required to make those changes. Plan, roll-out, support, and provide training to others in process improvement methodology. Finalization of Company Accounts/Audit/ROC. Auditing financial records. Reviewing and certifying clients book of accounts, balance sheets. Coordinating with Statutory Auditors/Internal Auditors. Preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, etc. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual closing. Identify process gaps in the existing system and initiate process improvements.Qualifications & Experience: CA Inter qualification is mandatory. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals. Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Accounting & Bookkeeping. Assists in maintaining files & records. Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.Interested candidates can share their resume at the earliest,
