Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
    2. Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.
    3. Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates.
    4. Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
    5. Coordinating internal and external audits.
    6. Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company
    7. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
    8. Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies
    9. Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
    10. Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
    11. Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules
