Job Description

    We have an urgent opening for an Accounts Executive with knowledge of accounting software (SAP B1 ).Job Type: Full-time, Experience- More than 3 Years.Location: S. M. A. Industrial Estate, G. T. Karnal Road. Delhi-110033,Near Jahangirpuri Metro StationSalary: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month.Shift timing MorningResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements on timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the companys financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsRequirements and skillsWork experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP B1.Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsGood knowledge of BPC Consolidation.Manage all phases of accounts payable and account receivable.Knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, MS EXCEL, MS Word etc.Must know Journal entries and Bookkeeping- Accounting Software.Knowledge of accounting & financial ratios, cash flows.
