Job Description

    Administration Manager - FemaleJob Location - Delhi, OkhlaExperince - 8-12yrs.Salary - 50k - 60k PM
    • General administration areas includes procurement and contracting of services, vendor management, arranging national and international events , managing employee relationship.
    • Managed petty cash expenses and office operations.
    • Facilitated Financial Year Closing activities, such as vendor reconciliation.
    • Facilitated audit related tasks which includes physical verification of assets verification, audit compliances.
    • Managed vendors/agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
    • Maintained the Administrative requisitions, quotes/bids, comparison, evaluation, approval, contract/purchase order, delivery note etc. for each purchase.
    • Hired new firms for supply of services/goods on annual basis.
    • Managed their annual Contracts including AMC/CAMC. Assets and inventory management (including maintenance of assets and inventory registers, up-keep and maintenance of all assets and equipment) Reviewed and authorized monthly bills from suppliers/service providers for payment processing.
    • Managed all employees reimbursements related activities which includes mobile reimbursement
