Job Description

Location Mayur Vihar - Timings : 11:30 am to 8:00 pm 6 days a week (All Saturdays and Sundays working) Any 1 weekly off (Not on Saturday & Sunday)Parent Interaction Customer Service

To share the admission process with prospective parents

Showing fee collateral, brochures and ppt. and explaining it to the parent

Share timings of the classes and work accordingly

Filling up of enquiry form and registration form

To address the queries of prospective and existing parents

To keep a track record of the appointments of prospective parents with the Centre Head

To facilitate the entire admission process

Working with the other Admissions Counselor for any other admissions related work
