    Area Manager Commercial SalesLocation - DelhiPosition Area Manager - Commercial SalesSalary As per salary annexureAge 28-35 yearsQualification Graduate / Post Graduate with 8-10 years of Sales experiencePrevious Work Experience At least 5 years of B2C / Corporate Sales experience & At least 3-5 years of Team Management experienceBusiness activities Daily follow up with team for conversion of list prospects in their respective funnel listGenerating leads for prospective businessMapping of the area, list of all major business segment with contact person phone and mail id.Coordination for meeting, negotiation, collection etc.SV, Invoicing, payment collections- Annual Maintenance Contracts to Corporates- One Time/ Quarterly SalesReporting to National Head - Sales & OpsReportees (Role & Nos.) Sales Executive/ BDE - B2BJob Responsibilities*100% Completion of Sales Budget assign to him and team(if any)Skill Development -4 days in month .*Developing business tie up with Large Institutions & Key Accounts for pest control service*Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling if required*Pitching presentations for big accounts*Handling Corporates like hotels / hospitals / IT&ITES/SME*Conducting detail inspection of the site, preparing inspection Report, pricing and sales invoice* Analyze Key Account Gained / Lost*Preparing Funnel Report*Payment Collection and controlling bad debts*Liaison with Service Team for service scheduling*Relationship Management with Key Accounts*Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales processTeam Management*Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members*Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs*Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members*Ensure Team disciplineOther Skills - Required *Experience in Key Account Management sales and handling B2B model of sales* Should have handled team handling corporate business*Excellent oral communications skills* Presentation Skills*Aptitude for sales* Pleasing personality*Team Skills and Supervisory SkillsOther Skills - Preferred *Strong team player*High Energy*Aggressive / Assertive--
