Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:Understand the IMF regulation, value proposition & registration processIndependently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territoryIdentify potential leads and sources for prospective IMFs, coordinate with HO for referred leadsConnect with prospects & organize seminars for IMF acquisitionEnsure conversion of leads through effective pitch of IMF value propositionEnsure quality of IMFs in sync with desired profileEnable the setup of IMF of agreed prospectsUnderstand all regulatory requirements and manage the IMF registration process with IRDAOversee technology support to enrolled IMFsEnsure seamless contracting of IMFs with Max LifeManage performance of setup IMFs in steady stateDevelop understanding of products & coach IMF staff on product USPsImplement a performance management and rewards systemDrive IMF profitability through improving productivity of IMFs sellers & controlling cost of salesProvide marketing, training and operational support to IMFsManage attrition of IMFs through revival or replacementDrive quality of business sourced from IMFsEnsure right product mix and control key quality measures such as leakage and persistencyDesired profile: He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 3yrs to 14 years in Agency Distribution, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Agents Recruitment, AP Channel, Distribution Channel etc.
