Job Description

*Job Title:* Area Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals)*Skills:* - Graduation in any field with exceptional interpersonal skills and a well-established network of relationships with doctors and distributors.- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.*Salary:* Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.*Experience:* 7 years*Job Location:* Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, Delhi-110055**- Conduct screening of potential candidates.- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews either in-person or via video conferencing.- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.- Regularly verify and update reports.- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.- Supervise and support a team of 10 field managers to ensure project sustainability.- Guide field managers in project implementation in the field.- Motivate and address queries of field managers.- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.- Review and validate reports submitted by field managers according to established standards.
