1. Provide technical dispositions to resolve emergent issues during break down, planning, Execution, and commissioning; HKVA knowledge on fault finding and providing first time right solution is essential 2. Interface with customers in office meetings and on site to effectively represent by Mahindra demonstrating technical expertise and customer sensitivity in-order to achieve a high level of customer delight. 3. Utilize a previously attained, basic understanding of generator component design, auxiliary system design and operation to troubleshoot service issues while applying Mahindra approved practices and procedures. 4. Provide engineering input to support development of outage and installation procedures and schedules of DG sets 5. Develop service engineering procedures that support the continual technical development of the entire Team. 6. Provide support for emergency critical path activities outside of none core hours. 7. Perform other such duties as may be required. 8. Coordinate with, Suppliers/ Vendors and Commercial team to raise timely AMC / Service and Installation related Invoices and submitting the same to customers 9. To meet service revenue targets & timely service payment collections 10. Generate business through I&C, AMC, repowering and other accessories. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
