1. Plannning & execution of FTG for Build & Protopyping acitvity as per Project plan 2. Create Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan , Standard Operating procedures required for build and assembly etc. 3. Study assembly drawings , assembly sequence and design Assembly fixtures, Holding fixtures as per requirement on assembly line. 4. Study EOL requirements with CFT / Design team , finilise specs and plan for procurement. 5. Prepare SOR according to requirements of assembly fixtures, tools, EOL equipments., measurements equipments etc and sign off with stake holder. 6. Prepare budget requirements, Liason with agencies and suppliers for quotations , Create Purchase Requistions and follow up with Purchase team. 7. Installation and commisioning of equipments 8. Upgradation vehicle based on design changes 9. Vehicle build file preperation and Handover documents.1. Hands on Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan , Standard Operating procedures 2. Exposure to Assembly line setups in automotive industry or electronics industry. 3. Good hands on for requirements analysis for assembly and build line setups. 4. Good knowledge on purchase process 5. Good Knowledge of quality systems - ISO / IATF , Six sigma etc 6.
