    Greetings from Value Jobs!Urgently hiringfor the position of a Assistant Manager - Business Development with our Mexico based client, worlds largest baking co. .Location :- Delhi (East, West, North, South)Experience- 6-13 yearsQualification : Graduate or aboveProfile Summary : Deliver the plan by building Distribution, Visibility and Volumes in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities
    • Sales
    • Infrastructure Development
    • Implementation of Sales Processes
    • Brand Building
    • Team Management
    Key Roles
    • BDM will have BDEs reporting to him.
    • BDM & his team will be responsible in ensuring the following:
    1. Growing business in weighted outlets
    2. Ensuring effective roll outs & communications to weighted outlets.
    • Aligning terms of trade with key stores which includes Visibility norms, Rack placement & positioning, Exclusivity criterias, Store Branding.
    1. Will be required to do negotiations on payout with respect to alignments on compliances with company requirements.
    2. Make effective use of Audit reports from 3P to bring out key insights on which clear actions will be taken.
    3. Will be responsible for target delivery of weighted stores in Direct (Sales Center)
    • Will ensure all stores are Payment ready| take 3P support for KYC & closures.
    • Ensure co-ordination with 3P for Payments to retailers.
    • Will be single POC from sales with Corp trade marketing for all Ad hoc approvals & alignments.
