Job Description

  • Education:
    • Post-Graduation from an accredited college or university (MBA/M. Com)
  • Work experience:
    • 6 - 8 year
  • Willingness and capability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with self-confidence at all levels, as well as managing relationship with key stakeholders
  • Intellectual capacity to make good judgements with strong analytical, organizational, project management skills and attention to detail
  • Personable - ability to build professional working relationships with team members, engagement teams, support staff and with the wider KPMG network
Enabling skillsTechnical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Independence rules and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing upfront / postmortem reviews on deliverables to ensure Quality and timely delivery of work with Efficiency
  • Escalate all unaddressed issues identified on a timely basis to the GDC managers and Onshore teams, as well as seek possible resolution from them
  • Understand and capture comments during quality review and from onshore teams to conduct root cause analysis and provide appropriate feedback to team for self and team development
  • Identify more areas of work on Independence and transition those to GDC
  • Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating Independence conceptual trainings and ensuring that team members are trained
  • Be a performance manager to guide and coach GDC professionals on career advancement and provide continuous feedback throughout the performance year on their development areas
  • Actively participate in overall performance development and feedback process at GDC
  • Actively get involved on business and Independence specific knowledge development initiatives at GDC
Lead and manage a team of Associates and Senior Associate 1; Responsible for service delivery and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of Independence requests undertaken by self and by team members; Serve as a performance manager for a group (3-7) professionals,
