Job Description

Dear All,We are looking for HR candidate for Sr. executive/ Assistant Manager-HR.Job Responsibilities:-

  • Involved in End-to-End Recruitment-Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Salary Negotiation, Offer roll out and closing.
  • Maintaining the recruitment tracker, MIS of shortlisted, interviewed, selected and rejected candidates.
  • Induction and joining formalities of all new hires.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and maintaining all the files and database of the employees on the closed shelf/system. Drafting Letters Appointment. Offer Letter, Relieving, Experience Letter Etc. Managing a smooth employee onboarding experience.
  • Reward and Recognition program .
  • Introduction about the Company, company policies & procedures e.g., Code of Conduct, HR manual, PF. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Maintaining employee records.
