Job Description

    Urgent hiring for Assistant ManagerVacancies:-Assistant Manager - Logistics (Domestic & Overseas)
    • Responsibilities of the resource will include the following:
    • Coordinate withoverseasas well asdomesticlogisticsvendors for pre dispatch & post dispatch documentation
    • Manage agreements and NDAs with new onboarded as well as existing vendors
    • Coordinate with accounts team for timely payment clearance
    • Prepare budget for projects
    • Handle Product Certification & Compliance
    • Maintain Product Trackers e.g. Product Dispatch Tracker, Inventory Tracker, Project Cost Calculation etc.
    • Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations/QC Tester
    • Label the boxes with a sheet in every box. The sheet will be in a specific format shared by the Ops team.
    • Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory.
    • Package products for return to vendors and fill out any RMA paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up.
    • Flexible to extend, in case of inventory expected.
    • Open to new responsibilities as and when there is a requirement.
    • Basic knowledge of soldering
    • Basic knowledge of Quality Checking
