Job Description

    Wealth Management (Mutual Funds, Bonds, FD, SGB, Tie-ups, Advisory Key deliverables The objective of this job is to increase overall financial revenue being generated from the set of B2B, B2C, Franchisee, HNI accounts mapped with the national level targets by means of:
    • Focus on business development of financial products / new products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and improved client stickiness on national level
    • Effectively manage P&L responsibility which involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the department with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
    • Drive sales campaigns to enhance revenue and increase product growth
    • Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation and closure
    • Propose marketing strategy and ideas to achieve targets
    • To collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
    • Achievement of product wise targets
    • Ensuring that the team is well equipped with product / technical knowledge
    • To travel and do business planning on national level with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the goals
    • Activation of new business partners and achieving business targets on a month-on-month basis
    • To ensure meeting the targets in terms of onboarding of business associates / clients / retention of client, Mutual Funds Distributors (MDs), etc.
    • Motivate the team to follow the sales process and review it at a regular interval
    • Hiring, retaining and development of sub-ordinates
    • Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including financial institutions, Insurance companies, etc.
    • By reaching out to all mapped clients on a periodic basis and cross selling as many products as possible (as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling)
    • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs
    • Ensuring regular availability of research material and inputs to the client
    • Ensuring client contact-ability at all times through updating latest contact details in all necessary systems
    • Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls
    • Providing seamless and superior service delivery
    • Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified
    • Ensuring compliance with key regulatory / audit agency requirements
    • Ensure compliance through regular process checks and audit scores
