Job Description

Identifies and proposes potential business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Assist to prepare tender documents and project proposals
Monitor recognised tendering portholes, and keeping abreast of sector developments
Co-ordination with appropriate agencies, branches and local authorities for reports and documentation
Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
Sales report
Co-ordination with HO for necessary documentation
External communications and systems
Internal communications and systems
Ethically accomplishing tasks
Communicate regularly with staff through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is produced and communicated to employees prior to the commencement of the work activity.
Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.
Work closely with the CISS team who are available to provide safety advice and support. Furthermore it will be required to ensure that the safety initiatives are implemented within the area of control
