Minimum eight years in teaching, research or professional experience, out of which four year experience at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining higher research / academic degree3. High academically published research work such as peer-reviewed research papers, books, technical reports, and patents filed / obtained4. Experience of guiding project work, dissertation, research of students or supervising RD projects in industry.5. Publishing research, attending conferences, and networking with others in the field. Participating in committee, departmental, and faculty meetings. Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement. A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter.
