Job Description

    We are looking for career-minded professionals with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Integrated Marketing Services team to specifically support the members of the Global Emerging Market Equity team. The team has a significant number of managed clients, and the primary aim of this role is to assist the investment team to implement top quality marketing and client servicing solutions.We are looking to recruit an experienced candidate in our India-based office with prior experience in client reporting, marketing operations and marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures etc. The role is created to provide portfolio reporting, managing presentations, commentaries, and data analysis support to the team. The successful candidate will not only have the scope to add value to a growing team but will also have the opportunity to grow his/her investment knowledge.Key responsibilities Presentation Management Responsibilities Manage quarterly updates of standard books on a set schedule for all team strategiesManage customization requests for client presentations from NY, Singapore and Hong KongPortfolio SpecialistsWork with the vendor for as many presentation updates as possible and quality check output.Work with compliance to approve presentations, looping in Portfolio Specialists when neededResponsible for preparing customized client reporting for clients which includes portfolio positioning, performance review and risk statisticsAssist the team to prepare client meeting books, as well as monthly/quarterly materials including fact cards, performance summaries, presentations and other marketing collateralWork closely with the reporting team in operations to respond to potential client reporting and portfolio data related queriesReview reporting requirements and setup customized reports for new and existing clientsAssistance in backing up RFP requests (working with the Performance Analysis and the Reporting team for data)Drafting of monthly regional market review and performance commentary based on attribution reportsWork on ad-hoc projects related to database management, client reporting process, marketing campaign support and any other initiatives on the marketing collaterals, *Experience and Skills 4-6yrs experienced client reporting and marketing operations specialist, with strong excel and PowerPoint skills.Very good communication skills.Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments and equity investing along with willingness to learn about the implementation techniques used by the teamWorking Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, a plusExcel VBA a plusBachelor s Degree requiredAbility to work and think independently, but within a team-based approach
