Up to your experience and your ambition , you will be offered a wide range of opportunities in different roles (Business developer , Global Account manager , Head of Sales ) , in different geographies , and of course fields of Applications.Roquette is continuously looking to better serve the customer needs , choose to be a Main Actor !Job DescriptionEcommerce project online B2B sales for internal customersEnsure timely upload of price filePrepare the excel fileProcess the pricing file through the Dynamic pricing tool.Upload the file in MROQ.Resolution of issue/bugs by coordinating between sales and vendor/IT team.Drive/Coordinate the development of new functionalities in MROQ.New customer registration in the e-commerce master.Coordination with customers and sales team to resolve e-commerce related issues.Prepare monthly MIS for e-commerce sales.Maintenance of dynamic pricing tool and resolve issues by coordinating with Europe/India IT team and TNP (vendor)MIS & CoordinationPreparation of daily sales report for head products and first products.Prepare pending orders report and sales realisation report twice a week.Responsible for closure of Dis in e-commerce and PC Soft.Weekly market pricing report.Understand the Data Anlaytics tool in New ERP and coordinate/develop new dashboards and reports.Learn new reports availability for Sales analysis in New ERP and support Sales team for using the same.Coordinate for new requirements of dashboarding and reporting in New ERP .Train sales teams for using new reports in New ERPERP Customer Master CoordinationUnderstand Customer Master and related fields in New ERP.Work on mapping of old customer master with new.Define new additional parameters of customer master after understanding the impact.Implement and administer process of customer master request to entry.Performa validation of all customer master creation and change requests post go live.Roquette provides numerous career opportunities, thanks to the diversity of its jobs and their international dimension.Joining Roquette means joining dynamic teams ambitious for success.,
