Roles and ResponsibilityYour will be responsible for all HR and Admin functions including but not limited to Working with the leadership/ business to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of HR strategy and practices. Recruitment Working with all recruitment channels including Employment portals, referrals, social media etc. Handling of day-to-day admin activities Managing the entire employee lifecycle Onboarding to Exit- Handling HRMS system, maintaining employee records. - Creating and administrating HR policies - -Management of the Performance Management and support with payroll and benefits administration Creating and Implementing Employee Engagement CalendarCandidates requirement You are self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and friendly.
