Job Description

    Job Title: Asst. Manager Marketing & AlliancesLocation of posting: New DelhiNumber of posts: 1 (one)CTC: 6-8LPANature of post: The vacancy is to be filled up purely on fixed term basis initially for two years. It may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance. However, the appointment could be terminated by serving one month notice.Job description and responsibilitiesThe Asst. Manager Marketing & Alliances will be responsible for marketing and promotional activities of the AIC GGSIPU. The broad responsibilities of the Asst. Manager Marketing & Alliances would include:(i) Strategically conceptualizing, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, framework and campaigns to develop and position AIC-GGSIPU Brand and promote the Centre and its programs and services;(ii) Creating and managing a marketing calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of marketing initiatives;(iii) Managing AICs online presence. including the website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising;(iv) Developing compelling and informative content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and other marketing materials;(v) Coordinating and preparing / giving desired inputs for press releases, interviews, and media coverage to increase the centers visibility;(vi) Promoting and market incubator-related events, including workshops, networking sessions, and demo days;(vii) Assisting startups in the incubation program and in their marketing strategies;(viii) Establishing partnerships with external organizations, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand the incubators reach;Qualification, Experience & Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationBachelors degree in science, Engineering, Marketing,Business, Communications, or a related field with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.Desirable Educational Qualification- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in marketing/branding,with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.- Certifications in marketing or related fields.Experience- Minimum 3 years experience in the marketing domain.Desirable Experience- 3 years full-time experience of working in a similar role in a reputed Innovation & start-up promoting organization.The eligible candidate should have:- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally with a track record ofmarketing for startup support organizations, business incubators, or similar entities;- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools;- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build alliances;- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of AIC-GGSIPU.- Ability to be a Brand Ambassador for the AIC-GGSIPU;Notes:1.
