Job Description

Position: - Asst. Manager/Manager - Quality Control (Agriculture Commodity)Location: - Rajouri GardenExperience required: -2-7 yearsCTC: - 18k-35k-

  1. Developing and implementing the Quality departments strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables, as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals.
  2. He has sound understanding of Agri commodities along with quality specific.
  3. Willingness to work on diverse of commodity complex.
  4. MIS Reporting, Analytical skills, Job commitment.
  5. Ensuring successful implementation, Update and compliance to Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) andQMSas Food Safety Team Leader
  6. Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance &Quality Controlsystems to ensure all relevant compliances as per implemented standards.
  7. Consumer complaints handling, conducting Root Cause Analysis, taking concerning Corrective and Preventive Actions with compliance of FSMS implemented
  8. Review and develop effective specifications for raw material/in process/FG in line with customer requirements so as to improve consistency and minimize variations.
  9. Ensures an efficient and effective management ofquality control, with reference to raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished goods acceptance.
  10. Planning budget for requirements of QA department
  11. Work with Production & maintenance personnel in an advisory role to assist them with quality issues within their department
  12. Managing all validation activities, including validation strategy and approval of protocols and reports.
  13. Co-ordination with other functional departments like purchase, operation etc. for all FSMS related methods for effective implementation of the same.
  14. Ensuring appropriate root cause analysis and CAPA for internal non-conformances, customer complaints, quality rejections requiring documented review and action (if necessary, interrupting processes causing material to be quarantined or placed on hold until matters are resolved).
  15. Review and develop effective specifications for raw material/in process/FG in line with customer requirements so as to improve consistency and minimize variations, to review process documents
  16. Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products for a company by conducting tests, monitoring production processes and identifying malfunctions.
  17. Ensure products meet their companys quality standards and are safe for consumers to use.
