Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Banking Sales Officer to join our Retail Liability Banking Department.The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of retail banking products, specifically focusing on liability products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed depositsConducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.Responsibilities:
    • Actively prospecting and acquiring new customers through various channels, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, and networking.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
    • Promoting and selling a range of retail banking products.
    • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues.
    • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the overall business growth of the Retail Liability Banking Department.
    • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, operations to enhance sales strategies Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • Fresher to 4 Years experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of banking products and services, including retail liabilities, is preferred.
