Job Description

    Job Code : SPBSP-3442-01 Job Title : BD, Sales & Execution Manager Department : Linde Plantserv Role Definition : Roles at this level are responsible for post-delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements Key Role & Responsibility : Operational -Responsible for ensuring continuous and stable operations during the entire lifecycle of the clients plant -Accounable for post delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements -Ensures that a high qaulity of after sales/ after warranty technical support and -maintenance is provided to the clients Stakeholder management -Maintains and develops and deepens LEI business relationships with clients by ensuring the completion of assessment and feedback processes to rate client satisfaction with delivered outcomes and to develop plans to resolve any outstanding matters -Provides strong technical expertise support to clients to enable the successful and timely resolution of issues and problems to ensure continued client satisfaction Additional Responsibility : Sales volume :1 to 5 Mio USD Product portfolio : Feasibility studies, medium/large revamp studies, modifications in the plant, sale of catalyst/adsorbents, proposals for large equipment replacement etc. Size of the projects : Medium sized after sales projects No. of Proposals : Can manage 7-8 proposals at a time (smaller) or 4-5 large proposals No.of customers : Shall be able to manage 5-6 customers at a time Education qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech in Engineering Minimum 10+ years of experience with domain expertise in the service function Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of EPC functions Prior experience in sales & Project management Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologies Preferably a Process /Operations / Commissioning Background resource Preferred SkillSet : Can do attitude Customer Focus Agile & able to work independently Excellent communication skills Presentation skills Negotiation skills Learning Attitude along with Learnability Targeted Industries : Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical & Industial Gases,
