Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Art Director who will be able to lead our creative team to create a distinct visual brand language across brand collaterals and touchpoints. Responsibilities - Leading the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile app, visual merchandising in cafes and outdoor events; collateral materials; internal training and external marketing material; and knowledge-based content for customers.- Supervising our creative team and ensuring that timelines are being met and the team is supported and mentored.- Working with the sales and digital team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.- Working with copywriters to develop strategies for day to day posts as well as social media campaigns and website content.- Creating presentations, project plans, and delivery reports across the creative department.- Working with the cafe team to create a unified look and feel of cafes across cities.- Creating a database of videos and photos and participate in sharing creative input from the inception of the moodboard to the editing of final photos.- Creating gifs and reels for ads and online social media stories and posts.- Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.- Building our creative team and hiring, training, and supervising design staff.- Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished projects within those parameters.- Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.- Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the brand.- Constantly looking for ways to improve design department processes.- Overlooking the work of design and advertising agencies. Requirements - Bachelors or Masters Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.- At least 7 years of experience in this field, a minimum of 3 as Art Director in previous roles.- Experience in graphic design with a supporting portfolio.- Proficiency with computers and software programmes like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.- High level of accountability and motivation.- Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.- Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities.- Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.- Photography, videography, and editing skills (preferable).- Strong food styling skills.,
