Job Description

P&L Responsibility of the Branch/Region
Handling end to end vertical functions (Sales/Delivery/Backend Support)
Engaging with client for day to day operations activities
Ensure on time onboarding, offer letter, joining, Induction through OBE team
coordinate with client and other stake holders for Attendance as per SLA
Coordinate with client and other stake holders for Invoice submission as per SLA
Maintaining database of associates
Keep a track of payment collection & Salary disbursal of associates
Coordination with payroll team for payout
employee grievances related to salary PF ESIC
coordinate with Statutory team to submit respective challans
coordinate with Statutory team for Audits
Coordination with insurance team for any insurance claims
Weekly monthly MIS

Any other work assigned time to time
