Job Description

    This individual will be responsible for leading the Branding initiatives of key products at Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. He / she will be responsible for ATL, BTL and Digital Media planning & execution and Corporate communication. He / she will be responsible to take the Digital Marketing initiative of the company to next level. Also create systems to improve engagement with current and potential customers by utilizing the customer database with the help of tools like AI.Brand Awareness, Media Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement media strategies to support the ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns.
    • Create systems to improve engagement with current and potential customers by utilizing the customer database with the help of tools like AI.
    • Analyze trends in Brand promotion across Industries and implement innovative branding initiatives
    • Evaluate the reach and impact of media activities to identify issues & opportunities and leverage the same in upcoming campaigns.
    Vendor Management & Creative agencies:
    • Identification of good vendors and agencies, improve efficiency and effectiveness of vendor services
    • Setting the right KPIs for vendors and agencies and reviewing the same.
    • Negotiation with vendors & agencies
    Marketing Budget allocation:
    • Ensure the implementation of robust budgeting, timely budget allocation to stakeholders and review of expense vs budget
    MIS:
    • Prepare MIS related to Market Development Activities.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas, very good understanding of Digital Marketing, knowledge of demand generation tactics, project management, ability to meet deadlines
    • Experience in working with large teams, should be a team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Experience in handling creative agencies.
    Good to have knowledge:
    • Advertising and Media Planning/Digital Marketing.

    • Public and Media Relations
    • Market Research and Analysis
    Must Have Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English language)
