a.Lead the thinking on overall strategy, go to market approach, consumer initiatives, and brand planning and budget management for assigned products.b. Manage the brand building initiatives.c. Own and manage the business metrics like Sale, Lead Generation, Web Traffic etc, Brand metrics like TOMA, Preference etc. and deliver ROI on marketing investments.d. Hands-on experience in media buying in TV, Print, OOH, Radio and understanding of the media tools.e. Own and Manage the Business P&L for the assigned product.f. Own & manage both Digital and Offline Marketing Campaigns, both Awareness plus Sale based campaigns, for the assigned product- Partner with sales team to design a retail activation strategy which includes building retail partnership programs, identifying the cross selling opportunities through right strategic brand associations. Translate the brand strategy into local brand activation/promotional strategy.,
