Job Description

    Business AnalystWe are looking for a tech savvy Business Analyst who can work with our customers, understand their data/application integration needs/problems and provide solutions using our platform. The person should be able to learn and master our platform quickly and be able act as a SME promoting our products/solutions.He/She should be also customer centric and be the voice of the customer to our internal teams and enhance our offerings. Should be able to forge a good relation with our customers, earn their trust by demonstrating ownership and expertise in providing solutions to their problems.Roles and Responsibilities:Knowledge of current trends and best practices in application integration and dataManagementUnderstanding of integration concepts of data transformation, API, Databases, FTP, and othersClearly, document requirements and communicate the design to CustomersWrite technical documentation for DBSync Wiki, Blogs, Whitepapers, and DatasheetsGood communication and business problem-solving skills.Prepare SOW, BRDs/FRS docs, and budgets for customer projectsBe a liaison between customer and delivery teamGreat attitude with the ability to foster a fun, productive working environmentKeen interest in the start-up driven Technology economyUnderstanding of Programming concepts (Like Java, Javascript, C#, Salesforce) would be a plusUnderstanding of Cloud CRM & ERP like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365/CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, and others.Document and Managing client requirements, communication and project managementPrioritize and track issues for Agile developmentAbility to handle multiple projectsUnderstanding of System Integration, Business Process Integration, and DatabasesSkills and Qualifications Required:Proven Business Analyst of 4 years with strong Customer ExperienceExperience utilizing sophisticated modeling tools and techniques. Experience in Data integration and Data ManagementHaving experience as a product manager is a plus.IT background (Knowledge of databases, programming concepts)Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, listening, negotiation, Communication and presentation skills.Bachelors Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturityAbility to prioritize among competing tasksExcellent time and project management skills.Always looking out to improve inefficient processesKeen attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesknowledge on CRMs like Salesforce would be a plus.CRM, ERP, Data warehousing and management to become an advisor to the customerHands-on Experience in Information Systems Management.Experience Required 2-8 yearsSkills Excellent communication skills, Basic knowledge of requirement gathering and analysis, some hands on any CRM or ERP. ETL, experience with documentation, CRM, salesforce, microsoft dynamics, database, writing technical documentation, java, ERP, UML, requirement gathering, project management, customer service with global/US clients.Education/Experience Notice Period :45 DaysShift: U.S. (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
